; For a perfect football team your players need to be coachable.  The coach runs a lot of plays and if your not coachable, you won't execute those plays. If your not coachable, you should not be on the team.

; In a perfect football team you need speed, speed and speed. You need speed to be a championship caliber team . You can't just have average speed, you need really good speed. Speed is one of the biggest assets of football.

; For a perfect team you need a perfect GM. A GM that can make the right picks in the draft. The GM that can make late round selections. The GM needs to work well with the coach.

; Another thing for a perfect football team,  is a perfect offense and defense.  Offense and Defense are very important in football.  One team that does both is fifteen and one,  with a nine and zero record vs top twenty five teams.  A team that doesn't have a greta offense and defense is zero and twelve, and zero and one vs top twenty- five teams.
